Glynneath 23 Bridgend Athletic 30Championship – April 30th 2016 Bridgend Athletic visited Glynneath for their final match of the 2015-2016 Championship campaign. It was one of the most important games in the history of both clubs with the outcome probably deciding which of the teams were relegated this season. Both sides started the game on 39 points so it was for the Athletic a win or bust game. Glynneath with 3 further games left all against top Championship sides saw this as their best opportunity to avoid the drop. In a match that left both sets of supporters feeling both high and low.....
